- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We come out for free and examine the issue before giving pricing. We want to make sure we give an accurate bid and that there are not any surprises for the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is meeting the customer at the door, putting on our protective equipment to keep floors and other areas clean, perform our assessment by reviewing the issue with the customer and inspecting the issue. Next we provide a written estimate for approval before any work starts.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working on my own rental properties. Then Zoom Drain came along and I decided this was the future for me.
