We hired Jay for junk removal when our tenant left our house like a dump and had to be evicted. They left behind tons of trash, broken furniture and discarded belongings. We retained Jay for a move out bulk trash removal. Jay came along and cleaned everything up in about 5-6 hours time. When he left, the house was cleaned pretty good. We asked him to do several things on top of our initial ask. He was very happy to oblige. Through our entire job, he was cheerful, professional and diligent. We felt his fees were VERY reasonable and I would strongly recommend him for any job, however big or small.
