1136 Construction offers a broad range of new construction, repair and handyman services. My goal is to stand out as a contractor and go above and beyond for each customer. I have personally completed projects from initial grade through to final trim out and paint and want to apply that expertise to your project too!
While I’d love to work with you, please keep in mind contractors do foot the bill to communicate with you on this platform. Please make sure your job description accurately describes your project as it does effect the lead price in thumbtacks algorithm- a small job described as a big job is costly for us. For this reason, I do have a $55 charge when instant booking, including for estimates, HOWEVER that does cover your first hour of work! Jonathan and 1136 Construction has been fantastic to work with. We’ve lived in our home a few years and it was time for some repairs. The quality of work is excellent! In addition, Jonathan is a true professional who is kind and a pleasure to have in our home. I highly recommend Jonathan and 1136 Construction.
