- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our estimates are fixed prices, there is no hidden fees at the end of service or anything similar, customer will receive a detail invoice before service with a detailed cleaning checklist. We offer 10% Discount for First responders, Military personnel and Seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask for the following information: Address: Email: Phone number: Prefer date: Parking and access information: After we have this information, we sent the new customer confirmation with an invoice (invoice has cleaning checklist attached, our proof of liability insurance and our service agreement). On the day of the cleaning the customer receives a text message 15-40min before the cleaning team arrives, the team arrives with one of our supervisors to do a walkthrough the house and the customer receives a text message 10-15 min before the cleaning team finish so they can do a walkthrough to make sure we don't miss anything.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We deal with lots of different customers, with the customer that follows and harassers the cleaning team to make sure they clean every single corner + extras and more extras, to customers that trust our cleaner and actually lets them work. We count with teams with more than 5 years of experience, cleaners that cleaned more than 1,000 houses in their career.
