I couldn't be happier with my experience working with Silva Remodeling and Construction! After 5 years of waiting and saving, we were finally able to do our kitchen renovation. We met with three different contractors and immediately vibed with Jose - his communication and professionalism was top notch and I really loved that they are a small local and family owned business. Their pricing was competitive and their estimates were easy to read and transparent on all costs, what is included, etc. When the work began, the small team was on time and very respectful of our home. My husband and I both work from home so we were around most days and really appreciated the team who was onsite each day. The job was completed efficiently and any minor hiccups along the way were solved quickly (most, if not all of which were out of their control.) I plan to contact Jose and Silva Remodeling with all future renovation and home project needs and would recommend them to my friends and family. We are so pleased with our new kitchen and was so pleasantly surprised with the entire experience - we know it doesn't always go that way, so we're very grateful!

Its hard to express how genuinely happy we are that we chose Jose and his team to work on our house. We found Jose on Thumbtack and I spent a while reading through all of the great reviews. I was very impressed by the wide range of skills his team appeared to have given the range of projects they had completed for other homeowners. We initially contacted Silva Remodeling about a paint project which evolved into work on our deck, exterior painting, trim work, hooking up plumbing on a new sink and replacing light fixtures. We’re now going to have his team come back for interior painting and installing a tile backsplash. Jose is very friendly, and responsive, and thinks quick on his feet to come up with good solutions that fit a homeowner’s budget. I love how detail oriented the entire team is and that they really stand behind their work. As a homeowner, finding a trustworthy contractor that does quality work is so important and Jose certainly exemplifies that. His team went above and beyond and we’re thrilled with their work. Thanks Jose!

From our first meeting I knew that our project was in good hands with Silva Remodeling. Jose came on site and offered multiple options for our bathroom remodel. In the end the project was more complicated than he thought, but he and his crew found creative solutions without charging us more, something only a talented crew and solid Project Manager could do. They also seamlessly added new hardwoods throughout the house. Highly recommend them for all your projects.
