No communication called but left no message for me to contact back never came out to look at project I left multiple messages no response bad business practice I would have given better review if I would have received at least a message to answer my questions I gave him the benefit of the doubt because of all the rain but the rain stopped I may have been too far Or some thing buddy explanation would’ve been great just a little kindness and respect

Job: repairing a sewer/culvert connection under a gravel parking lot that also developed a hole in the lot due to water erosion underneath. Richard and his crew were great. He responded quickly to my request, scheduled the work to begin within a couple days of me asking, worked quickly, and now that lot looks great with a solid water pipe connection underneath.
