I recently had Damonite Home Inspection perform a pre-purchase inspection on a condominium I was considering purchasing. Kathleen was knowledgeable and thorough in her inspection, and went above and beyond to obtain the information I needed to make a decision on whether to purchase. I was present for the inspection, and she took the time to explain what she she was doing every step of the way. In contrast, in my other two home inspections with a large inspection company, the inspector seemed irritated by my presence and mostly just ignored me.
