Introduction
I’m Amelia, a Dallas-based 200-hour registered yoga instructor passionate about making yoga inclusive, accessible, and empowering for all bodies.
My teaching focuses on helping you build strength, find balance, and connect with your body in a way that feels good for you.
Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, I’ll tailor each session to your needs. I focus on beginner, vinyasa, yin, and slow flows - but if you have something else in mind, I’m all ears!

I love that Amelia creates a safe and inviting space for all levels of students. I am a new yogi, so it can sometimes feel intimidating going to a new class. However, Amelia’s warm energy and thoughtful guidance truly makes all the difference. I always leave her sessions feelings empowered and grounded.
