- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Don't settle for the cheapest. Like everything else, there's a right price. We aim to produce excellence at a affordable price. Our base price can be around $3.00-$7.00 per window. *Recurring and Referral Discounts available*
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 -Receive customer contact information and address to location needing work Step 2 -Every customer is to receive an up-front price for the service inquiring about Step 3 -If accepted, work will be completed same day or on an agreed date Step 4 -Invoice is written up and payment is collected after work has been completed and customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
~ IWCA (International Window Cleaning Association) training and testing. ~ 10 years experience in DFW area in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, chandelier cleaning and pressure washing.
