FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You'll get the best results if we can get to know you a little bit—and we feel it's important that you get to know us as well. A quick phone/video call is usually helpful, but not necessary, to talk through what you're looking for. For customers looking to build a new website, we'll usually conduct a quick discovery process to learn about the business and what its website should do or say. For customers looking for fixes, improvements, or rescues of their current website, we'll need to get the details about what's missing or needed. We can work with all major hosting/building platforms and also offer hosting of our own. We're fully set up to collaborate remotely, so all meetings and communication can happen electronically.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started as consultants in the technology space in 1995, building interconnected computer systems when the Internet was just blooming. As the technology has kept improving, and we've upped our game to match.
