They arrived within an hour of calling to assess the water damage in our house. Same day demo and set up of fans and dehumidifiers. They were extremely knowledgeable and explained everything before starting the job. After everything was dried, they cleaned and disinfected the damaged area.Thank you for making a really stressful situation a little easier to get through!

Very professional and honest. They and determined that the dry wall was okay afert a toilet back up. Did not push a service that was not needed. I will call them for any issues in the future.

Pro Dry was there when I needed them. They were fast, friendly, and thorough. They were prepared with all the equipment needed for the job and communicated about the time frame for completing it. They also dealt with the insurance company, which was a big relief. I would definitely use them again!
