As a first time wallpaper purchaser, we were at a loss for how to install it so we went in search of a professional. Sam's Ark was punctual, professional, reasonably priced, and cleaned up afterward. The work quality was solid but just short of perfect. Unfortunately, I had to deduct one star because the finished product would have come out much better if he would have smoothed the wall first. Although you can't tell from far away (likely because the wallpaper is thicker), when you are up close, you can see the wall texture. Moral of the story: Avoid this by making sure they smooth the wall before wallpaper installation.
