- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is somewhat flexible depending on the needs of the customer. If the installation is for more than 1 TV, I like to offer my customers a discount. There are additional fees for removal of TV’s, concealing TV wires and if the customer would like for me to purchase a mount on their behalf.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I am intentional about listening to what they are seeking. I ask follow-up questions and provide as many options as possible to ensure complete satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education is not related to my line of work; however, my previous professional and personal experiences have given me the necessary skills to work with people across cultures, industries and with varying requests.
