- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 10% off for 2tvs, 15% off for 3tvs, 20% off for 4tvs or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would do the initial call to get all required information, provide recommendations, quote and schedule the install. On the day of install, will walk the customer through the process and give an estimated time of completion. Answer all questions and concerns. Finally give some explanation, if needed on how to optimally work the equipment installed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Did a two weeks workshop and got a certification of completion.
