Used his service to clean a fallen tree after hail storm. Granted he had more than enough jobs in the area due to the massive hail storm, his initial responsiveness before start of the work was not matched by punctuality of job completion. In the end, he got the job done with, I'd say, average quality and value, but he could've done much better job in keeping the promises he made.
