We have always worked to provide quality service at competitive prices. Our business has stayed strong because of repeat business, there is no way to keep repeat customers if the quality does not meet their standards or the price is too high.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key! We attempt to over communicate scheduling, details of the work, and options to keep pricing low while still providing quality services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training began with a few small business owners who taught me the value of quality services and how to retain clients. From there it has been paying attention to the customer's needs and working to meet their goals.
