Justin was quick to respond initially. He had a service agreement that required the customer to complete with credit card information. Texted and called him a few days prior to start off service and all communication went unanswered.
Worried now he had my credit card information which i will now cancel.
Reliability is a #1 factor for ensuring my pool is taken care of, especially when I'm out of town. He would not be a company I would reach out to of that is what you are seeking.

Hi Sally. I apologize for your experience. we had some personal things come up that did prevent me from responding right away but I always strive to provide the best communication possible.
I recieved your email and completely understand your frustration. I have terminated the service agreement and deleted it from our system. We do not ever keep our customers credit card information. I pray you find the right company for what you need.
