- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is honest and fair. Once we perform a Comprehensive Sprinkler Checkup we will present our findings to the client and an estimate to fix the issues or to make improvements to the efficiency of the sprinkler systems. No hidden fees or "bait - and - switch".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
O'Brien Pro always does a comprehensive check-up on every visit with every client, new or existing. We want to make sure that your irrigation system is always running efficiently and effectively when we leave. A system that is not working efficiently and effectively is only wasting the client's money on high water bills. We also giving suggestions on how your system can be improved to better use the water which can help lower the client's water bill.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
O'Brien Pro employees continually and vigorously attend continuing education classes as well as other learning opportunities to increase our knowledge so we can maintain the highest level of Best Practice Methods in our industry. We also have on-staff irrigation professionals that have been certified by an EPA WaterSense labeled program to help you with your sprinkler system efficiency.
