We focus on Audio, Video, Data & Security installations/repair. Over the years we have seen technology and how it's evolved in the market. Our custom new work installations are thoughtfully planned with this in mind, giving you a final product that will last for years to come. We are unique in that we work with our customers from start to finish and beyond. Our goal is to build lasting customer relationships. If you ever have any issues or questions beyond the initial work, we are here for you. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. We work with commercial and residential customers alike, installing our fully customized systems (with our full warranty service) or customer purchased equipment (with only the manufacture warranty). I was skeptical about installing security cameras for the home because I wasn’t sure what was a fair price and what quality of work would be provided. After going on the next door app, I saw a recommendation for Thumbtack so I decided to give it a try. West Wind Communications had great real reviews for installers in my area so I decided to reach out for a quote and they gave me a fair deal along with the specifics of what their services entailed. James and Taylor showed up as the expected time and explained everything that they were going to do and allowed me to ask questions for reassurance. We had some issues with getting remote access to the NVR but James stayed until we were able to get it revolved. I highly recommend them as they didn’t try to upsell me on any other recommendations and was wanting to ensure my cameras covered all points of potential access to my home. 100/10.

I would choose West Wind over and over again. They installed four hard-wired cameras, dropped cables, set up the monitor and a system, and showed us how to use the system. Great work, great price, and a great guy. I also very much appreciated the quoted work so I know what kind of price I was looking at. Highly recommended!!

We have trained technicians in the area of low voltage, various system diagnostics and installations. We are also licensed by the state of Texas for security and camera installations.
