- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and flexible depending on your needs. We offer flat rates for common services, hourly rates for more complex support, and project-based pricing for full-service IT or marketing work. We do not charge hidden fees, and you'll always get a clear estimate before we begin. Discounts may be available for first-time clients, bundled services, or recurring support plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening—whether through a quick call, message, or form—to understand your needs. Once we’ve confirmed the scope, we provide an estimate and timeline. After approval, we schedule service or begin the project. We stay in communication throughout and follow up after to make sure everything meets your expectations. For ongoing clients, we also offer monthly check-ins and support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an Associate Degree in Computer and Network Administration, and I’ve completed specialized training in IT support, network configuration, and cybersecurity. Beyond formal education, I’ve spent over two decades hands-on in the field—building secure networks, solving complex tech issues, and adapting to evolving systems and software.
