- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want to be competitive. It's best to be transparent in what I am offering. It's important that the client is comparing Apples to Apples.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial inspection so that I can compare my findings with the insurance adjuster. Discussing the process of insurance claims and explaining The Storm Shield Way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've done several classes on Shingles, Xactimate and Roofing Contractors License in Massachusetts. Also Certified with Certainteed and Owens Corning.
