Tom at New View Roofing came out and provided a thorough inspection, detailed assessment, and a fair price estimate; promptly and at no charge. The work was completed to satisfaction and I’m happy with my choice in doing business with him.

When I was house hunting, my agent reached out to Tom Longview to perform a roof inspection on a house I was under contract to purchase. He came the next day, which was great for timeliness when you have a contract timeline, and took his time to give me a fair estimate. Once I closed and moved in, I reached back out to him to perform the repairs. He told me it would be within a couple of weeks and would confirm the date by the end of the week. Well, before the end of the week, I got an email that they were able to squeeze me in and his team showed up that morning to perform the work! They were polite and professional and finished the work in a couple days. You can pay by cash, check, or app and he confirmed receiving my payment when I mailed a check. I'm not a roof expert, but the surface parts that were repaired look great and I am happy that it was done quickly!

So many thanks to Tom and New View Roofing. Tom inspected my roof thoroughly, and fixed all the issues professionally. He did not try to sell the service more than I need, which is very rare. Highly recommend Tom and New View Roofing for anyone who need a roof repair or need a new roof!

I definitely recommend Tom Longville and New View Roofing. Tom performed an inspection of my condo’s roof in order to address a leak. He offered options for level of repair, while explaining the process and benefits of each option. From his team, he chose flat roof specialists for my home’s specific needs. The repair team was friendly, professional, and very efficient. They completed the job in a day. Best of all, no more leak!

I always like to meet with new customers, review their project and understand their needs and expectations. We then create a plan customized on their goals and objectives that can be executed at a timeframe that is best for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in roofing and construction since I was young. My uncle started a roofing supply company, where I used to sweep the warehouse, while also working for another family members roofing company.
