I found Mike from Halo Roofing to be friendly, professional, and honest. The siding work I needed fixed was done quickly and for a good price. The thing I like most is that Mike kept in touch with me. I've often found that, unfortunately, when I try to get contractors out to my house, they respond and first and then quickly seem to forget to follow-up, don't email me the estimates they promised to send, or generally need me to put in a lot of work just to stay in contact. That wasn't the case with Mike, he followed up right away, let me know that his expert would need to take a look but he wouldn't be available right away, and called me back when the expert was available. As I said, I rarely see that kind of follow-up when I'm trying to get workmen to my house, so I appreciate when I see it!

We had a great experience working with Mike and Paul. They replaced our roof, rain gutters, a few cracked windows, and repaired our wood fence in Richardson after a hail storm. They had a team that was very efficient and that did a great job. They stayed close with us during the entire process to let us know what was going on and when. No surprises...and I really appreciated that.

Michael Hernandez was excellent to work with! Mike went out of his way to ensure everything was taken care of. His initial evaluation was very thorough, and detailed. He took time to discuss every small little detail resulting from the inspection and explained which ones need to be fixed and which ones dont. Throughout the entire process, Mike kept us in the loop and ensured we knew what to expect. He worked with our insurance company to make sure everything was done right. Mike above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the service. The quality of his work is excellent. We highly recommend his company and without question will use him again should a need arise.

We normally like to come out to a new customers property and introduce ourselves and get a good idea of what they are trying to do. Then usually things click and then we get down to business.

All my training has been on the job training from my big brother.
