- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Short Term Rental management fees are competitive and transparent, structured as a percentage of your rental income. Schedule a consultation for a customized quote based on your property’s size, location, and goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you provide your property address and information we will schedule a call to discuss revenue projections for your property and outline our services. After that meeting, we will schedule a property walk through and review our Airbnb listing checklist. If you aren't able to meet us in person, we can always do a virtual walk-through.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are looking to manage homes that meet the following criteria: -At least 4 bedrooms and sleeps 12+ comfortably with 8+ beds -Updated interior -In ground pool if home is in the suburbs, otherwise without is ok in Downtown area -Home must have line of site to grossing $75k or more a year There are always unique circumstances but we typically won't manage a home in this market unless it fits this criteria. This allows us to keep our focus narrow and capitalize on our mission to help the home meet the goals of the owner. We pride ourselves on creating personal relationship with our owners and not looking to be a big property manager with 50+ properties.
