Zero Set up fee Our management fee is minimum of $149 or 9.9% of monthly Rent. Veterans and Military families get a 1% discount Leasing fee is 75% of first month Rent 100% work to benefit of our Owners . we don’t get paid ,if you don’t get paid :We put interest of owners ahead of ours
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Do an initial call to understand your goals and priorities 2. Recommend a plan that works best for you with a free rental analysis 3. Visit the property to do a free readiness and code compliance assessment 4. Sign a management Agreement 5. Take pictures of your properties ( preferably vacant and fully clean) 6 Market your Property on up to 100 websites including the biggest ones and on MLS and realtor websites across Texas 7. Screen and place a qualified tenant in your property 8. Ongoing management giving you peace of mind!!! 9. 24/7 online access by owner & Tenants to services, documents and reports
