- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are pricing is tailored to the needs of the client. Not all clients need the same level of services and therefore our agreements are written to the best fit for client
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically prefer to at least have a phone conversation to get an understanding of the client's wants and needs. Then we would like to tour the properties and discuss how we can help them. As things move forward we may ask to see more information about the properties so we can perform a more detailed assessment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to Peter's formal education in engineering, business and commercial construction management. He has practical hands on experience managing his own mix of properties with dozens of commercial and residential tenants. He has a track record of adding value to all the properties and increasing the efficiency in management.
