I'd been plunking away at the piano by myself for about a year when I decided to take lessons from Liam. I'm so glad I did. He is a challenging teacher but manages to also be fun and funny. I leave my lessons with a new set of objectives to practice over the week which helps me continue to make progress. His lessons are the perfect mix of technique and artistry. Highly recommended.

Liam has been an excellent teacher for our 11 year old daughter. She had been taking lessons for 5 years before she started with him and has progressed enormously in the first few months with him. She has taken on more interesting and difficult pieces and has been enjoying the lessons and her time with piano! We recommend him highly!

I am learning piano for the first time at an adult age which definitely presents many challenges different from a normal younger student. But Liam has been very patient and helpful in teaching me and has also been very flexible with my work/personal schedule if I could not make a lesson.

My daughter has only been working with Laura a few months and it has been going really great. Laura communicates the lessons very clearly to the students. My daughter is learning and she isn't overwhelmed or confused between lessons or unsure of what he assignments are. Laura, is very good at determining the students level. This hasn't always been the case with other piano teachers. Laura is very patient and kind also. My daughter feels very comfortable and relaxed and is really learning. As a parent Laura is very easy to work with. She is very professional and reliable and I also know what needs to happen with the lessons. Which I appreciate. She is a very good teacher.

Honestly, she's the best. I've made significant progress over the last few months I've been learning from her. She's very enthusiastic. She's really into positive reinforcement.
When you learn a song with the left hand, you get a sticker, when you learn a song with the right hand, you get a sticker, when you can play with both hands, you get a third sticker. I'm 32 and for some reason, that even works for me.
She hosts end of year recitals which I think would be really great for children.
She's pretty flexible with the schedule as long as you tell her early on before your scheduled lesson.
Her lessons are structured for sight reading, technique, theory and classical training, as well as pop songs. She will let you pick a pop song and play it if you're on that technique level, but she's honest with you if you aren't there yet.
She's a great teacher, honestly. Look her up on YouTube. I felt bad that she has to listen to me play Mary Had A Little Lamb when she's basically a piano savant.
