Brilliant Design was born March 2021 out of a passion for providing joy to others. I make the most important events in my clients’ lives be as memorable and enjoyable as possible. Brianna decorated for my 30th birthday. It was in ten height of COVID 19 so it was in the house. She transformed my alt to such a beautiful place. After I used the balloons for a dog photo shoot. Lol he love it too.
