Thu's extensive education, knowledge, and experience is evident in conversation and in our workout sessions. I've had personal trainers in the past, done numerous online programs, and HIIT classes but nothing compares to the quality that I get from Thu. Not only are workouts are fun, yet challenging... they have given me the quickest noticeable results in just a few weeks. As someone who deeply cares about my health and who works in TV/Film, it is imperative that I stay in the best shape that I can. I love that she is tailoring the work to my personal goals and past injuries, as well as focusing on the mobility/longevity of my body. I highly recommend her!

Thu provides a very comfortable work out environment when I train with her. She’s always making sure that I have the correct form & a safe weight but still challenging at the same time and no matter what I want to work on that day, she’s always prepared with a killer workout. Thu always make me feel like a priority because each workout is specific to my needs and wants. Has never been late and always respond within minutes to my texts, so I know that I can always count on her.

I enjoy having Thu train me because she actually understands the human body and how it moves. I told her my goals for the summer and I’ve already achieved them, so we’ve set new ones to knock down! Also I’ve never had a boring workout with her.

My workout with Thu was amazing. She brings alot of energy to her workouts and really prioritize your goals. Each workout I have completed with Thu have left me wanting more. I can't wait until our next session. I would recommend Thu to anyone who is looking for a trainer that can not only bring exciting, challenging, and fun workouts to help push through each and every workout but will also inmprove your overall health.
