- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First workout is FREE! When you get here we will introduce ourselves and discuss your limitations and goals. After that I will assess your movement in basic exercises. Once we finish the workout we can discuss what kind of plan may be right for you. Homework, lifestyle and nutrition coaching are included for FREE in ALL purchases. I have different purchase options based on commitment level and lifestyle. The more you workout, the more you save!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we connect online we can find a time to schedule your first FREE workout. Usually by the end of that first session or a few days after the trainee will select a purchase option (monthly, biweekly, package, or single). Once we have processed your payment we can book workouts and try to get you on a consistent schedule. I usually encourage clients to keep a food diary if nutrition and weight loss is something that they are interested in. I check the trainees diaries every week. We take measurements in the first week of the month, and run performance tests the last week of every month. After 4-8 weeks we should notice that you are trending towards your goals - if not then we tighten things up.
