- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First workout is FREE! Most people have their first free session and by the end they want to book more. Based on your schedule you will want to pick the plan that makes the most sense for you (I will help). I have a monthly rate ($480/month) and weekly rate ($140/week) which are pretty similar. These options make the most sense for people who want to be trained for 3-4 workouts each week. I have a package deal ($280/4 sessions), which makes more sense for people who only want to workout with a trainer once or twice a week. The clients that I have who currently use this deal the most travel very frequently. Or you can go with the most expensive option which is $80/1 session. I have had only had a few people choose this option, as they work from low commitment to better commitment as listed above ^ and they end up saving money. No matter what option you choose, I will provide you with all the homework and diet guidance that you ask for!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We connect, I answer all your questions and I may ask a few. Then we set a date and time to start your first workout, which is FREE. The first workout is just a way for us to feel out each others energy, make sure that I understand your expectations and watch how you move through some basic exercises. Once we finish our first workout people usually are ready to book their next commitment, whether it is just the next session or the whole month. Once you decide on your schedule and commitment, I will start personalizing your program. Every 8 weeks we check on your progress and fine tune your program from there. I do have a few clients who are more aggressive and have opted in to check progress every 4 or 2 weeks, or even every week. Some people request help dieting and I coach them through that as well. .
