So glad that I hired Jarvis. I was already losing weight and looking for someone to help me tone. I have received more than I wanted in a short time and will continue to work with him. He listens to you and tailors the training to what you can do. If you have limitations, finds other ways to help achieve results. He has pushed me to new fitness levels without leaving me in agony which other trainers I used at the local gym did. His guidance on nutrition makes so much sense I wish I had worked with him at the start of my weight loss journey. He is a genuinely nice guy as well which made me comfortable from the start and he has been willing to accommodate my work schedule and gym preference. Thank you Jarvis!
