- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the level of support, accountability, and results I provide—not just the workouts. I offer in-person training, nutrition coaching, and full access to my app with customized plans that fit your lifestyle. You're not just paying for sessions, you're investing in a proven system to help you get real results without the guesswork. No fluff. No cookie-cutter plans. Just a clear path to your goals. Whether you're looking to train solo or with a partner, I have flexible options that match different needs and budgets. I’m all about keeping it transparent and making sure you're getting the most value. I offer different packages that include various discounts. For an individual session I charge $68. I offer an 8 session package for $500 and a 12 session package for $700.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Quick Consultation/Assessment: We start with a free conversation to talk about your goals, lifestyle, and any challenges you're facing. This will be followed by a free fitness assessment. 2. Customized Plan: I’ll create a workout and nutrition game plan that actually fits your life—nothing extreme or unrealistic. 3. You’ll train with me 2–3x per week, get access to a training app, and we’ll check in regularly for accountability. 4. Ongoing Support: I’m big on coaching, not just training. You’ll get guidance every step of the way so we stay locked in on results. 5. Whether you're trying to lose weight, tone, build strength, or just feel better in your body—I’ve got you.

I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
