- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personal trainers don’t eat if we don’t get paid! I have a 24 hour cancellation policy, or full payment is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pretty easy — contact through messaging, some people enjoy a phone call, questions about availability and health, schedule first session/evaluation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from being a NASM CPT, the majority of my Bachelors is in Biology, with a large background in anatomy and physiology. This helps aid in my knowledge of the body systems and how they apply to exercise.
