I am passionate about helping women thrive by working together to define their health and fitness goals and create a realistic plan to achieve those goals. Making lifestyle changes can be both exciting and overwhelming. As an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, Certified Pre- and Postnatal Coach and Wellcoaches Certified Health & Wellbeing Coach with eight years of experience, I am here to guide you through the process for long-term, sustainable lifestyle change. I am currently accepting clients to train with me virtually or in-person at Greater Than Performance and Rehab on Greenville Ave in Dallas, TX.

Holly is an excellent personal trainer! She takes the time to understand your personal fitness goals and creates an effective plan to help you work towards those goals. She also takes into account the obstacles you are facing. She is well educated, experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend!

I'm 62 and was looking for someone who could work with my joint limitations. Holly did an excellent job of putting together a training program targeted to my needs. I'd highly recommend her to anyone, in any age group.

I am a 59 year old woman and when I met Holly four years ago, it was a new experience for me working out with a personal trainer. At the time, my typical routine was to work out on the elliptical 4-5 times a week without strength training. Although I knew the importance of strength training to develop a strong core and bones, and to reduce the risk of falls or fractures, my fears of getting hurt got in the way. In 2010, I suffered a severe neck injury (C1 fracture), so I was very protective of my neck. Then in 2016, I met Holly. From the first introduction meeting and assessment, she’s been very encouraging, pushing me when I needed it, but quick to adapt an exercise if anything ever aggravated my neck. She thoroughly explained each movement and what muscles would be worked. Never did she make me feel inadequate or compare me to others, this has been my journey. Today I am a much stronger woman and also more confident. My balance has improved significantly, too, which comes in handy when hiking in the beautiful Pacific NW. I owe this to Holly’s encouragement, patience, belief in me, and creating a personal training plan fit for my skillset. Thank you Holly for turning my times of self doubt and “I can’t do that” to “just try.” If you’re on the fence of taking that first step, I encourage you to do it. Holly will be with you every step of the way. Not only did I gain a trainer, I also gained a friend.

I have trained with Holly for over 3 years. Her enthusiasm and energy for exercise are contagious! She puts together a great workout....enough repetition so you can feel success, enough new so you feel challenged. It is amazing how she can verbalize small tweaks to body position, that make a huge correction to the results of an exercise or stretch. A personal decision, that Holly assisted in implementing, was gathering a committed group of friends to workout together 4 days a week on zoom. I get to see friends from all over, and exercise with them. The exercise has transformed me mentally and physically--I am more mentally alert, and physically some of the mush is disappearing (sweet tooth is still an unsolved issue).
