Mitch is an amazing trainer. As a female I wanted to switch up my focus from lower body to upper body. I asked Mitch to create a program that combined HITT/Boxing/ Muay Thai/ and upper body weight training and technique. He knows how to keep my heart up during the whole 60 min. I’m building stamina, getting toned, loosing weight, learning technique, and can deff kick some a** now!

Mitch is an excellent trainer. I saw great results and I never left a training session not feeling satisfied with the workout we did. I would definitely recommend Mitch to anyone wanting to improve their fitness and make good gains.

In the last two decades, I have gone through many sports-related accidents, and it is tough to get back to a safe active lifestyle for many reasons like stiff muscles, incomplete rehab, etc. Mitch took the time to understand my issues, explained the workout plan, and educated me on how each workout will help improve my overall fitness. He observes my every move during the sessions and knows when to push and stop. This approach makes me feel confident and breakthrough the physical restrictions I had during workouts. Overall, Mitch is a fantastic trainer and will make you feel confident in the gym in a few weeks.
