Introductory Strategy Session A complimentary one-hour introductory session includes: Discovery: Covers goals, desired timeline, diet, habits, injuries, starting measurements and highlight what has or has not worked in the past Functional Assessment: Completion of 4 to 5 body weight (or free weight) exercises to understand current personal fitness levels, muscle imbalances or limitations Evaluation: Personalized training and nutrition plan with expected timeline for achieving results
