- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bill on the 15th of every month and if you start before or after that date I will prorate your balance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take them through a Full Body workout so I can see what condition they are in. Once I get a good idea then I can give the client an idea of how we will train. After that the 2nd or 3rd session we will take all your measurements and body fat % so we can test every month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My college degree is in Exercise Psychology and a Masters in Sports Management. I also have around 20+ Fitness Certification's with the most recognized being the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES). I also own and teach a school for people that want to receive their NASM Certification with about 60+ trainers in DFW have been taught under myself.
