- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my prices tend to be higher bcuz I get results! with over 20 years experience as well winning several shows and having all of my competitor clients placing top 5 in all of their shows and being a published model I am a walking business card. When clients come to me I don't give them any b.s I tell them the truth up front about what it will take to achieve their goals that it's not going to be easy a lot of sacrifice, sweating, occasional tears but if they listen to me they will get the results. yes you can find trainers for half my price but look at their experience and results their clients get then compare me to them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down and discuss goals, current lifestyle habits, nutrition, any medical issues first. Then I will show them clients before and after I have worked with that had similar goals and what it took them to achieve their goals. After this I advise them on certain things I like for them to get i.e. dexa scan so I can find tune their nutrition plan, bloodwork so I can see their hormone levels and any deficiencies with vitamins and nutrients
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through the Cooper Wellness personal trainer certification program in the beginning and since then I have acquired other affiliations PT certifications as well nutrition
