- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am initially discounting my services to enable me to assist a broad range of customers and let them determine if they feel my work is satisfactory. For most projects, I prefer a flat fee so there are no surprise costs at the end of the day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important part is understanding the customer's priorities. If there are 5 things they wish to accomplish, which is the one that will provide the highest impact in the shortest period of time? What is a longer-term goal that we can set milestones for? The second is expectations, what is your expected turnaround time? How do you want work progression documented so you feel comfortable that we're on the same page? The last is cost. I am very mindful of your budget and will work to ensure we can prioritize what you want accomplished within your desired timeframe and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree in Health Services Administration. In addition to consulting work for Deloitte, I have worked for two major health systems in TX. This has taught me the value of organization, communication and presentation.
