- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First time customers get 10% off packing, organizing and decluttering jobs. Most jobs are bid by the hour but we will offer a flat bid for larger jobs. IF OUR CALENDAR SHOWS BOOKED, PLEASE INQUIRE ANYWAY! WE ADD JOBS TO OUR CALENDAR, HOWEVER WE HAVE MORE THAN ONE TEAM TO DO MULTIPLE JOBS.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone call, then visit to property if necessary. For all jobs besides estate sales, rate and conditions are by verbal agreement and dates are set on calendar. A $50 deposit is required to book with a call or text the day before to confirm.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For all of our packing, unpacking, organization, decluttering there is no formal training or education that could prepare you for this. You simply have to have knowledge, a desire, and a knack for it. For my profession, I am a nurse and my partner (who is my husband) has an MBA and was a consultant for years before he retired. Early on in his career he was an engineer and an actuary for USAA before he got into consulting. We both enjoy helping people and doing service work. We each have talents that we bring to the table and use those in our small business.
