What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide EXCEPTIONAL service with the LOWEST price GUARANTEED My fee is based on time, gas, number of signatures and the Thumbtack lead cost as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out immediately usually within a minute both via text and Thumbtack messages. I feel my customers appreciate a quick response. Next, a discussion with the client outlining the needs and scope of the job. I’m usually available same day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to being an appointed notary of the state of Texas, I’ve also been a licensed insurance broker for 30 years. I’ve reviewed and executed thousands of contracts. I believe years of experience has made me very proficient in handling documents of great sensitivity.
