- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to get a clear understanding of what valuables the customers are actually moving. Usually, a list of items and we’ll send an email to confirm your Move Date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My entire life has been dedicated to moving as my owned a local moving business. I have strong customer service skill as a previous Contact Center Manger. Pressure Movers actually works to ensure you have the best experience possible.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started out as a part time business to bring in extra income and the rest is history. My team is composed of my best friends - we bring great energy and years of experience.
