- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all hourly-based. All moving services are including in this hourly pricing. We do not charge travel fees within 50 miles of our dispatch location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love hearing from new people as this is our first opportunity to show our groovy personality and where we will gather initial details about your specific move situation. If interested, we will send an official estimate for your review and signature. Upon completion of the estimate, you will be booked on our schedule for your move date. Within 48 hours of your move, you will hear from a Move & Groove representative to confirm your move details and time so that move day goes smoothly. Once move day is here, you get to relax and let us do the heavy lifting! Upon completion of the move, we will review the move details with you and send an invoice for the final amount. You’re now in your new home safe and sound!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Move & Groove Employees, including the owner, have worked in the moving industry for multiple years. We also require all crew members to go through a thorough training process involving wrapping/padding techniques, moving safety, truck stacking strategies, and more.
