- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That really depends on the audience, event etc, but in terms of numbers it can range from $2,000 - $15,000.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial phone just to see if there is a fit, if there isn't I always provide other speakers who might be able to help. If there is a fit, we discuss topic needs, demographics, topic length etc. From there contract is sent along with an initial deposit. Afterward, we start putting together the content for the event and will share the content anywhere a month to two weeks before the event with the event planner to ensure we are on the right track. If this is a newer space for us, or a very customized program, then we will meet as many times as necessary to ensure it's a home run performance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors Degree from UC Berkeley in Computer Science. 2 published books 2 TEDx talks 3 companies in three different verticals: business consulting, tech, and insurance.
