- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not accept payment through Thumbtack. My client's quote includes lash add on (optional) and mini product kit touch-up such as lip, concealer or powder. Any additional fees such as travel, parking, airfare, etc will be separately stated in your invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I request all necessary information to best quote you and your party. Next, I send an itemized invoice. Once your 50% non-refundable deposit is made, I book and hold your slot. Lastly, I see you on event day (15 mins ahead of schedule) to provide your service and collect the remaining balance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught with with training from Mac Cosmetics.
