- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am honest, fair and upfront with all my pricing. Multiple deadbolt installs received a discount. We also offer veteran, senior and emergency first responder discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with new customers on a daily basis. My goal is to understand their needs, answer any questions they may have and to educate them on any products that may make their homes more secure. My goal is also to provide excellent and professional service. Many of my customers have become repeat clients. They have referred their friends and families to me, which is the highest form of compliment anyone can give you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed locksmith for over 4 years. My experience includes car and home lockouts, safe lockouts, installation of deadbolts and peep holes, installation of new locks hardware, rekeying of locks, reprogramming garage door openers, etc. I strive to continue to broaden my knowledge of locks since I still come across new aspects of locks and how they function every week.
