- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer professional services all over DFW at a fair price. We also implement pricing transparency with all of our services and offer online scheduling specials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gauge the needs of each customer so that we can offer the best solutions and options. With more complex requests, we can send a tech out to the location to assess, provide solutions, and give a firm estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully certified, licensed, bonded, and insured. Every technician on our staff is handpicked and must pass background checks and will be wearing the license to practice at all times. Each technician goes through rigorous technical and customer service training which equips them for every aspect of the job.
