- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We at E-luxutransport put our client first. That’s why our pricing strategy is not fixed; meaning we work to find the best solution for both the client and us. Therefore, our pricing can be based and length of the ride ,and/or based on hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first listen and want to understand the need of the customer. Once, the needs are understood, we expose different solutions.We help the customer make the best decision not only logistically but also financially . Communication is the key!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to travel for work and had several bad experiences with the typical ride shares and even some car service.The level of professionalism wasn’t there. So I thought certainly I am not the only one in that situation. I rather pay a little more and know that I am getting a high level service. And that is how e-luxurtransport came to life
