FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not make drive by assessments. I know you’re busy but it is your landscape and I want to help you, please allow 20 Minutes or more for your assesment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get the client setup with our online services center. In the center the customer is able to request additional work, see details and suggest changes they would like to see. From there we will walk and discuss your lines and dislikes. On many projects we use our drone to take LiDAR pictures so I can make a virtual reality proposal. This allows you to see exactly what your investment would look like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although I am a university of Alabama alumni college educated in urban and sustainable vertical solution with a management in general construction. I have a long family history of being championship growers. From the time I can remember my grandfather, whom started the camellia Society of the United States, he was the best grower of Camillia japonica plants in the country. Today a hybrid variety Jack’s Camillia japonica was hybridized by my grandfather. Grandpa took his hobby to the extreme with over 300 camellias on a drip system. Growing up, my mom also was extremely competitive in flower shows. I eventually wanted to try my hand at the shows after she won time and time again. We had impeccable presentation. That was my first blue ribbons. Botanical moment.
