- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to give outstanding customer service from the very beginning of our relationship with a client. When you inquire with Painter1, you will receive a call, email or text from us to learn a little more about your project and to schedule your free estimate. Our estimator will arrive on time and be respectful of your home. Once you receive your quote, we will follow up to see if you have any questions or if we can clarify anything for you. To schedule your project, we will do everything we can to match your schedule with ours and work together to fit your needs. Your project will have a project manager to manage the job from start to finish, this is your point of contact and they will help with any questions that may arise during the work. The painting crews will be professional & courteous. Once your project is complete, the project manager will do a thorough inspection with the painters to do any touch ups if needed, then another walk through with you to assure that you are 100% satisfied before closing out the job. We will take care of your project from start to finish.
